Contributions from Windermere agents combined with contributions from Windermere employees and public supporters have allowed the Windermere Foundation to distribute over two million dollars annually in recent years to non-profit agencies dedicated to helping homeless and low-income families. Every year since 1984, Windermere associates dedicate a day of work to complete neighborhood improvement projects as part of Windermere's Community Service Day.
